We Need Your Support
Our biggest event of the year, IowAbility Fair, is happening Saturday, October 18. This awesome event, which is completely free for the participants, costs us, and our cohost, a large sum of money, despite the sponsorships the event receives. Please help us raise money to pay for the event. There are two ways to do it, make a donation or create your own team, encouraging others to donate, which could win you a prize.
Creating Your Team is Easy
- Go to https://givebutter.com/UnitedSpinalAssociationofIowa
- Click on the orange “Fundraise” button under the Team Leaderboard
- Complete the form, which includes creating a password, and click the “Sign Up” button
- Choose “Create a team”, complete the form, and click the “Join this fundraiser” button
- Your team is now created…share it on social media and through email

Promoting Your Team is Easy
- Go to the home fundraising page https://givebutter.com/UnitedSpinalAssociationofIowa.
- Click on your team that’s listed on the Team Leaderboard
- Under the large “Donate” button on the top, right side of the page, click on the social media icon of the platform you want to share your fundraising team on. This will take you to that platform and automatically create a linked post for you.
- To share your page via email, click on the envelope icon. This will automatically create an email for you, with the link and a short write up explaining the purpose of it. All you have to do is enter the email addresses of the people you want to receive it.

Prizes Available to You (Team Leader)
1st Place (most money raised) – $100
2nd Place (2nd most money raised) – $75
3rd Place (3rd most money raised) – $50
All other team leaders put in a drawing to win $25
This fundraiser ends Friday, October 31 at 11 PM. Prize winners will be announced on Monday, November 3 on our Facebook page and contacted via email.
